Willis Newson is working in partnership with Arts and Health South West (AHSW) to identify the training and development needs of arts and health practitioners. This information will be used to support funding bids to develop targeted training for practitioners based on what is really needed.
If you are an artist, arts organisation, medical or health practitioner, community or social care worker or researcher or academic working in arts and health, then this survey is for you. We would be delighted if you would take 10 minutes to complete it. All of the information you provide will be treated confidentially.
The deadline for the survey is 13 July 2012. One lucky respondent will receive a complimentary place on a one day creative evaluation training course.
