Cornwall Autonomous zone are seeking proposals from artists/artists groups/curators for experimental, process orientated projects.

CAZ is interested in ideas, actions, playing, learning, collaboration, and dialogue and in projects which will use the Autonomous Zone as a test bed for improvisations, explorations and negotiations. The Autonomous Zone Is open to artists working in all media towards new outcomes.

Outcomes could include seminars, talks, performances, events, site specific works, installations, publications and screenings.

The first of the four Autonomous Zones is anticipated to take place in late September 2012.

CAZ can offer…
The use of the CAZ project space, a £500 fee and production budget plus a limited travel and accommodation budget, the design and production of publicity materials, and support of the CAZ team.

Proposals should outline…
the name and contact information of the lead applicant, details of any others taking part, the proposed activities, possible outcomes, equipment and materials required, provisional use of budget, any risks anticipated, and the duration of the project.
