The fund’s mission was to revive the nation’s cold spots, a mission that invited creative organisations to submit three year proposals – and create a ten year vision – on how they can increase participation in the arts in the areas that needed it the most.
After all applications had been submitted mailout put out a callout to record your own experiences and thoughts on the functionality of the ambitious fund.
