Grants for the arts supports Fusion Asia Festival

Following a successful 2010 festival, Fusion Asia Festival is returning to South Hill Park in Bracknell, Berkshire on Saturday 6 August 2011, from 1pm to 9pm.

This fantastic free outdoor festival, takes place on on Saturday 6 August 2011, from 1pm to 9pm and celebrates the best in Asian-Fusion culture and its influence on British culture and society. The festival has been supported by an Arts Council England Grants for the arts award and by Arts Council England regularly funded organisation, South Hill Park.

Fusion Asia Festival presents the hottest Asian Fusion musicians, dancers and street artists. Performing live are Panjabi By Nature (PBN), Jassi Sidhu, Kuljit Bhamra, street arts Bollywood performance from Chutney, Jaipur Kawa Brass Band, British Bengali songs from Arun Ghosh, new dance commission from Akademi Dance, Bollywood/Bhangra fusion and many more acts to be confirmed.
