Places Matter! have announced a new season of 5 Manual for Streets training workshops across the country during autumn 2011. For this series tehy are looking to visit successful schemes as well as include workshop sessions on a local and relevant case study.
Places Matter! is an organisation devoted to generating a strong sense of place in living, working and leisure environments throughout the Northwest.The workshops will give participants an overview of the Manual for Streets document and outline the principles of successful street design. The material will build on the content of our previous events but will also be suitable to new delegates with an interest in street design.
