Lancaster Litfest (www.litfest.org) is seeking a P/T Marketing & Events Officer for a period of six months. Candidates should have some events management/administration experience and be able to work two days per week, including some evenings and weekends.
The day-to-day work will involve taking the lead on the planning, coordinating and marketing of Litfest events and annual literature festival under the direction of the Artistic Director; and working alongside the Bookshop Manager to develop and promote bookshop events and coordinate the Litfest volunteer team.
This is a great position for anybody with events experience and an interest in literature.
Salary scale: £18,000 p.a. (pro-rata 0.4 FTE)
