A Paul Hamlyn Foundation Fellowship in Arts Participation and Engagement, part of the Clore Cultural Leadership Programme, has been awarded to Artistic Director of Fierce Festival Laura McDermott.
Laura will become a part of a cohort of 29 aspiring creative leaders to take part in the professional development programme, aimed at strengthening leadership across the cultural sector.
The fellowship programme is an initiative of the Clore Duffield Foundation supported this year by a total of 28 organisations. The specialist PHF-funded fellowship in Arts Participation and Engagement aims to develop a leader committed to increasing access to and enjoyment of the arts, reflecting the focus of the PHF Arts programme.
